Open at a decent time, instead of 11 am , have a person that can assist in the hook up the fellow that was there was a useless tool

Can only rate it excellent as I picked up the rental outside of business hours. The app was temperamental as it partially worked on the Android and then timed out, had to download to IOS to get it working

Shawn BWas contacted buy UHaul on the day prior to the expected pick up to be told that a truck would not be available at the scheduled time of 7am and that it would be available at 11am, as this was not going to work for our time line they quickly found another truck at a different location for the 7am pick up. Upon arrival to pick up the truck they did not have the required number of sheet covers available so I was again re rooted to another location to pick them up. There was also a snow storm the night prior and staff left the passenger side door down in addition to the rear loading door so there was half a foot of snow on the passenger side seat, in the door and on the floor plus a foot of snow spread across the entire rear compartment. Staff did not provide assistance at the pick up location with snow removal but staff at the sheet pick up point did provide me with a shovel and brush so I could remove the snow from the cab and storage area location.
Ryan SI booked the uhaul in advance, uhaul called me the day before to indicate my truck would be 45 mins away from my selected location. The uhaul representative confirmed I would have a 930am pick in person. However this location does not open until 10 am, which should have been looked into prior to sending me there for 9:30am. I tried to use the app to see if I could get the keys from the drop box. The app indicated I did not have reserved equipment. I called uhaul, I mentioned the lock box, the representative told me I would have to wait to get the key in person. The representative at the mattress store told me the key was in the drop box and I could have gotten the key from the box if they had given me the relevant information. The location for pick up did not have a utltitu dolly, which I had booked. The link texted to me to verify my equipment went to an error page, despite already having the app. I called uhaul again, the representative sent me a different option of text link to confirm my truck. The truck had issues at the front end from damage to the bumper prior to my pick up. The front end whined and knocked at times. The right side front wheel felt off, with or without a load. I had to ask the representative for reimbursement for the inconvenience of arriving for the 930am pickup when the store didn't open until 10am. They made no mention of this without me asking. A manager texted me to credit me 50 dollars. The experince was not very good from start to finish. The mattress store people were great. It was more the disorganization, app, website, equipment issues and lack of availability. I remain unsatisfied from receiving 50 dollars. After losing an hour of sleep and 2 hours of productive for my day.
