Estimated litres to refill shown on contract was much too conservative and I put 30% more fuel then needed. At least $17 more spent.
PAUL BMe and my company have been customers for Uhul for years , this experience with blue j convenience was the worst of all , I returned the truck clean and empty form any garbage, the only thing was my foot marks on the floor from snow , I was asked to mop the floor inside the truck and the back box with a cloth or will charged for mopping.. this was the unacceptable from a uhul rental , never in all my life a rental place ask for this.. I have everything documented and photos available.. even when I said this is not professional and not acceptable way to deal with customer and I will report this , I was told go a head and report it! , even making the experience worse and worse.
KHALIL GThe gas tank was not full when I picked it up. I only drove a few kms as the building I moved to was around the corner from both store and previous address. It cost me $40.00 to fill it when I brought it back. I probably only used $10.00 worth of gas.
