The service man didn't ask if I wanted insurance on the vehicle or not. He added it without my consent. Just incase of next time I presume.

Diego ATerrible experience on this pick up location. The first guy was charging me for $20+ for insurance, and he was trying to explain that it is mandatory and when I seek for clarification he responded very rudely and told me “You don’t understand english?” Then when I returned the vehicle, this 2nd shift guy was trying to charge extra for gas with a hairline difference on the gas level where I know i filled up the gas more than I consumed.
EDWIN SI was overcharged. How can you charge anyone $11 for travelling only 10 kms for gas ?
SANDEEP VU-Hall could be honest and refunding the difference I paid for the km.
