The location and staff were fine. I find the UHaul company to be deceptive. I used the truck for 1 afternoon. I was under the impression that it was $19.95 per day since I see it advertised everywhere. I paid over $100. That seems misleading almost dishonest. I understand my bill, that is not the problem. And yes, the staff gave me an estimated cost before the rental (luckily).

SEAN WTook a picture of the mileage before and after along with the gas gauge. Made sure to show the guy in the store. Dropped off and was told I would get my receipt. When I did get it they charged me more than double the amount of mileage I used. Second time this has happened so these guys are either dishonest or incompetent. Will not be using them again.
