Me and my company have been customers for Uhul for years , this experience with blue j convenience was the worst of all , I returned the truck clean and empty form any garbage, the only thing was my foot marks on the floor from snow , I was asked to mop the floor inside the truck and the back box with a cloth or will charged for mopping.. this was the unacceptable from a uhul rental , never in all my life a rental place ask for this.. I have everything documented and photos available.. even when I said this is not professional and not acceptable way to deal with customer and I will report this , I was told go a head and report it! , even making the experience worse and worse.

The hail vans brakes were really bad. There was no walk around. This location was one hour late opening. The personnel at the counter were awful. Im easy to get along with and am a solid customer. Never again, will I use this location.
