Don't change the pick up location. Or at least notify the customer of the pickup location. Not have them schedule with one that has the truck to show up and be sent elsewhere. Wasting my time and kilometres. Truck was dirty, back was filthy and had to sweep it out before using it. Transmission shifted terribly wasting fuel.Bradley G.

UHAUL called us the day before our move to tell us that they no longer had any trucks for us. We had booked this 2 weeks in advance and the girl who we spoke with over the phone was laughing and rude. We had to scramble to figure out what truck we could use as we had booked a 26 foot truck and their solution was a 10-15 foot truck. Luckily another lady called the next day offering a 20 foot truck. We still had to find another truck and trailer as we were moving out of our house. I found that UHAUL is unreliable.ADRIAN K.

First of all you change my pickup location without asking me first. This then added mileage to our van which was not necessarily. There was some obvious confusion on your behalf because you canceled my reservation. It turns out you made multiple reservations. Why? The person at the pickup location did not have a clue how to find and to process the reservation and then to complete the whole process when the vehicle was returned. He was completely inexperienced. And, why did he need to call me to ask if I was returning the vehicle before my time was to expire? And Scott made the promise to me by phone that because of all the problems from the outset, he would put in the computer system a note to give me a 50% discount on my invoice. The gentleman running the convenience store was great. UHAUL as a company was absolutely atrocious. I registered online, following all steps with diligence. I specifically registered the pickup of the 20' truck at the Sarnia Road location (near the Hyde Park intersection) as the location is directly between the property I moved from and the property I moved to. Moving the pickup to the opposite end of the city of London not only pissed me off, but also it was unprofessional and perpetuates a very poor brand organization. If you care about customer retention, you should more effectively communicate with customers. I am furious and at this point, have little desire to consider this company again. I'll likely choose another truck rental company for my personal transportation and business transportation. This poor business practice left me responsible for paying to fuel the truck for a longer distance than needed, and wasted my very valuable time by forcing me to navigate London traffic simply to remain in accordance with the UHAUL pickup and drop off guidelines. To reiterate, you can improve by taking your heads out of your asses and showing customers that you give a shit.Kyle C.
