Was charged 10$ for my foot prints after I returned the truck, they didn’t give the final bill right away because the guy who do that is (not there).

John TI would never recommend uhaul to anyone. Not because of this location because of uhaul. My reservation was accepted at the time of booking, yet my whole reservation was changed less than 24 hours before my pickup without a phone call to explore options. When I called to find out what was happening with my reservation I was told there was nothing that could be done and pretty much other people take priority. The representative was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. This representative did not attempt to explore in town movers or any options to help resolve the issue. I was transferred a total of 6 times and spent 75 minutes on the phone trying to get a resolution. Worst experience EVER! Your system should jot allow a reservation to be made if the equipment isn't avaliable, if you need someone to review the reservation it should be done immediately, not less than 24 hours beforehand. As a senior logistics manager, I have never been more disgusted in the hickey mouse operation experience I received with uhalu. As a long time.e uhaul customer from moving to storage, I doubt i will ever return.
