I was charged $20 gas fee despite bringing back the van with more gas than when I started. I even took a picture of the before and after.

Alison D.The guy told me I would pay 3 different amount. One time it was 40. The next he said only 10.50 extra for gas. Then I called back because I was charged differently and he said it was because of the kilometres. I don't understand why I got charged so many different times and in different amounts. Poor communication but then he tried selling me a vape for 20 minutes.
CAMERAN S.When booking a U haul and it's written on the website that you can pay cash and you can also book with debit card but it doesn't allow you to is very frustrating. It's also headache when you go to pay cash and they tell you they don't take cash but a previous time we did it worked then our moving day we couldn't pay cash and having to go back in and then putting down yet another deposit so we can get it to move. It was a headache and it should not be that frustrating.
