How U-Haul Reviews WorkHow about not charging $20 for gas that I didn’t use!!!!! Please tell me how I can use 9 LITRES of gas in 3 miles in a half hour!!!!!!!!!! I will never use U-Haul again!!!
Dale MUnnecessarily require you upload a scan or image of your DL. With all the data breaches I find this trend towards further exposure to identity theft concerning. If you refuse it takes 30 minutes to manually enter the info. Staff poorly trained and either pay $30 cleaning charge or wash out the floor mats/compartments after you use the vehicle. Expensive when compared to vans from home Depot or Lowe's and slower service while you wait for convenience store patrons to make purchases. Vehicle was great though. Location was closer to home than competitors.

NELIDA FEstimated litres to refill shown on contract was much too conservative and I put 30% more fuel then needed. At least $17 more spent.
