it was a gas station - not a Uhaul location. There were no personell. We did self-service drop off.

DANIEL VParking brake pedal was held together with elastic bands and the front bumper cover fell off before I left the parking lot. The attendants were very confused on billing and I was overcharged for mileage.

Even after multiple conversations with their employees, the issue keeps getting passed on to the owner. Unfortunately, Pradeep has not taken any responsibility either.
