The truck was cosmeticly unappealing. Rocker panels cover in rust. All rims covered in rust. Interior of cab was not cleaned before pick up. Boot prints and coffee spills. There were 2 lights out. License light and 1 cab roof marker light. When first started it sounded like there was an exhaust leak around the engine area. The self pick up app I found clunky and frustrating. So much that I stopped using it and went inside and used a human instead. The information the app asked caught me off guard as I have used the app several times in the last year. Unfortunately there is no other truck rental companies that are competitively priced.

The gentleman there at the location was very, very helpful. We were able to pick up our truck early and he helped us navigate through what we needed to do and we really appreciate it.
RYAN HThe experience with the female owner was absolutely horrible. She was rude. Her whole demeanor and attitude was terrible. She couldn't be bothered. I had actually provided all my informative online. She asked how long. I said 6 hours. She said until 3:30. I said for however long 6 hours was. Then she was snarky. She tossed my ID on the counter. The truck wasn't ready. I had to walk through snow to take the needed photos. There was snow on the windows. But that wasn't the issue. She came running out of the store yelling at me that I couldn't leave my car in the parking lot. Then said only for 3 hours. She kept yelling it over and over. Unfortunately, I've had this rude behaviour from her when I picked up a UPS parcel. Uhaul or UPS should never do business with this place. Even her husband is so rude on the phone. I will never rent from that location again or ever refer people there.

JODY RThe sign in process took a very long time. I was forced to switch my vehicle when I didn’t want to. I was told I had to buy the optional coverage, because her manager said so. When I said no thank you, it’s optional, she argued with me that it was not optional. The truck was run down, all the light indicators were on on the dash board. They charged me a fuel surcharge even though I filled the vehicle up before returning it. AND told them that I filled it up. I’ve opened a ticket to dispute this. When I went to return the vehicle she told me to check out online.. I didn’t have the app downloaded so I couldn’t find the check out option. She told me to figure it out because it was easier for her if I did it that way. When I couldn’t figure it out she rudely said that she’d just do it and to expect a bill within an hour. That’s when I found out about the hidden fuel surcharge. Overall a huge hassle.
