Teach the staff to facilitate the process not to complicate things
AHMED APls don’t advertise false information regarding the rates. Advertised as $20 for a day. Ended up paying 150
IVIN BThe radio didn't work. I couldn't use the hands free function for communicating with my family who was following in another vehicle or the radio... I called the Jack Campbell location and they said they didn't have another one so I just wanted U-Haul to know - it wasn't me - it never worked and hope I could get a discount for my less than quality vehicle I agreed to at that price...
AARON SThe gentleman i dealt with in the morning was great. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The lady I dealt with in the afternoon when I returned the truck was ignorant and rude. I was an inconvenience returning the truck. For this I would not go back.
