Both employees I dealt with had very broken English and had a hard time explaining the breakdown of fees to me. They also explained the usage in miles and gas in gallons which is not what we use in Canada obviously, making their explanations even more confusing. A truck advertised as $19.99 to move in town ends up costing $100 in the end. There is a severe lack of transparency when it comes to what it will actually cost to rent a truck, the amount charged for km is ridiculous. Will look elsewhere next time.
