The equipment was not clean and the engine was making a loud noise.
natalia RThe truck was cosmeticly unappealing. Rocker panels cover in rust. All rims covered in rust. Interior of cab was not cleaned before pick up. Boot prints and coffee spills. There were 2 lights out. License light and 1 cab roof marker light. When first started it sounded like there was an exhaust leak around the engine area. The self pick up app I found clunky and frustrating. So much that I stopped using it and went inside and used a human instead. The information the app asked caught me off guard as I have used the app several times in the last year. Unfortunately there is no other truck rental companies that are competitively priced.

RYAN HThe experience with the female owner was absolutely horrible. She was rude. Her whole demeanor and attitude was terrible. She couldn't be bothered. I had actually provided all my informative online. She asked how long. I said 6 hours. She said until 3:30. I said for however long 6 hours was. Then she was snarky. She tossed my ID on the counter. The truck wasn't ready. I had to walk through snow to take the needed photos. There was snow on the windows. But that wasn't the issue. She came running out of the store yelling at me that I couldn't leave my car in the parking lot. Then said only for 3 hours. She kept yelling it over and over. Unfortunately, I've had this rude behaviour from her when I picked up a UPS parcel. Uhaul or UPS should never do business with this place. Even her husband is so rude on the phone. I will never rent from that location again or ever refer people there.
