The sign in process took a very long time. I was forced to switch my vehicle when I didn’t want to. I was told I had to buy the optional coverage, because her manager said so. When I said no thank you, it’s optional, she argued with me that it was not optional. The truck was run down, all the light indicators were on on the dash board. They charged me a fuel surcharge even though I filled the vehicle up before returning it. AND told them that I filled it up. I’ve opened a ticket to dispute this. When I went to return the vehicle she told me to check out online.. I didn’t have the app downloaded so I couldn’t find the check out option. She told me to figure it out because it was easier for her if I did it that way. When I couldn’t figure it out she rudely said that she’d just do it and to expect a bill within an hour. That’s when I found out about the hidden fuel surcharge. Overall a huge hassle.

GREGORY KRented through the app, and did not select collision insurance. At the store they would not provide me with the van until I select collision insurance. The owner said 'the regional manager says we are not allowed to provide the van unless the collision insurance is selected' This felt extremely scammy as it doubled the expected price of the rental.
