Truck’s gas tank was only partially full meaning I had to guess how much gas to put in. If it was full on pick up I would have known, Ths isn’t first time this happened and is something that would make me look for other truck venders.

Ruth DI got charged for 2 hours even though I used it for less than 1 hour Lady at the front had no communication skills. Bit rude and wasn't repeating clearly when I ask to do so. I am not sure if other customers have reported this issue. Also, she forgot to instruct me to take pictures of the truck and upon return of truck I saw the message. It was my first time and instructions were not given properly.
