I would absolutely recommend where we rented the U-Haul to anyone. The owners were very helpful, answered any questions we had, and showed great patience dealing with us. We rented our truck from the variety store on Gladstone St. in London , Ontario. Thank you. D & W .

I have very unpleasant experience as I have pick up at 3.30 pm, i have was there at 3.35, I had chosen online pickup, my bad luck , the internet sucks and the app didn’t load anything so unfortunately i have to ask the store representative to help me out, i have my stuff pick up till 5 pm and it was 25 minutes away from the location, i was totally stressed out. Meanwhile the store representative lost his wallet before I reached there and he said he was not able to help me before he found his wallet. He took around 20-25 minutes to find his wallet. After that he helped me, i was so stressed that i didn’t look at the acknowledgment and unfortunately I signed it and left the place. Then i received the receipt from uhaul, and then i realized that he charged me extra $20 for the collision coverage which i never asked for. In addition the store representative told me “Doesn’t matter how long you drive you have to you have to fill fuel as 2km drive = 1 little of fuel “ . Which doesn’t make any sense as uhaul policy is whatever you use fill it up accordingly. Now as I signed the acknowledgment I am not able to fight with him regarding the extra collision coverage unknowingly and I drove about 26 km and ended up paying around $25 for 13 little of fuel.

PAUL SI booked my truck OVER 30 days in advance with rental for furniture dollies as it was only me and 1 other person moving. The day I picked up the truck I was told they didn’t have furniture dollies. Why was I not told in advance?!? I ended up having to go and buy my own in order to make my move go smooth. This was an additional expense for me on top of the cost of the truck. If equipment cannot be made available customers should be informed
