The Van was dirty inside and not well kept, was expecting the attendant to come check the van before he gave me the key but instead he just handed me the keys and insisted i should bring him the receipt i got from the gas station to show i got gas for the van, the lady attendant was very rude when i came to return the van, i asked her to come check the van and she said i needed to wait for her for 10min before she can attend to me and she wont give me my total cost, waited over 20min and yet she didnt attend to me and i left, i knew something was shady from the start cos they wanted me to use another van from the one i asked them for.

Brian L.No central locking on cargo van which was very annoying. Filled gas tank at end and obviously it hadn't been properly full when we got it as we put in $35 of gas and we'd only done 50 km. We were given $10 discount to compensate but we had to raise the issue with the vendor and persist to get this.
