Customer service at the Exeter location in London was awful. I dealt with Janet at Storage Worx at this location and she did not seem to know how to do her job. I returned the item I rented and was stuck waiting for another lady to figure out how to find my info on the computer. It took way too long. As a customer, I should have been in and out. Incompetent is a good word to describe Janet. Please make sure there are knowledgeable staff working at your locations.Tara E.

Staff was terrific. Equipment leaked gas for which no credit was give ( 1400 km trip). Passenger mirror would not stay in place. Gas was at 1/16 of a tank when picked up and was told I would have to get credit when I return to London. No cash on hand had to have a check to address I. United States for deposit. The gas cap would not seal properly. Chewed more gas( the gas that did not leak.Chris H.
Drop off. I had to deal with police because truck was stolen and used in a robbery from your location. Everything else was fine but the fact I had to deal with police ruined the experience for meDerek M.
I would definitely not recommend the mobile app. When we arrived we had issues with location services and called customer service as prompted and were on hold for over 50 minutes. Once the issue was corrected, you then have to go through another validation process and questions which are not very intuitive. Then when we finally got access to the truck, the moving blankets were not in it!! Luckily by that time a representative arrived and assisted usâ€¦.hence no benefit for trying to get the truck early. Once returned, there were challenges with the return process that took the site 15-20 minutes to resolve with UHaul. The truck was clean, ran well and was overall a good experience. The check-in and check out process when using the app. definitely needs some refinement. Not sure I would use UHaul again or recommend them based on this experience.Paul W.
