Your vehicles should have auto lock features disabled on all uhual vehicles as it can lock you out. And also customers should be informed if theres any feature as such on a vehicle before they rent it.
SIDDHARTH POnly issue I have is I didn’t get a copy of my bill.
LOUIE ABased on my experience for this location. I need to rent a pick up truck for Sunday all day.I called the store to book it and they couldn't do it for me. So I ended up going there on Friday, and yet they couldn't do. So they promised me to have a truck on Sunday morning and they took all my information to call me on Friday or Saturday to confirm. That never happened. So I went on Sunday to get the truck as I was promised but sadly they had booked it for someone else.. After one hour of fighting with the owner, she ended up cancelling the other booking for the other person and ended up giving me the truck knowing it was the only truck in the city to rent. I felt that wasn't fair for the other person that will be going through the same issue. I would definitely recommend and insure the system is working good and make sure the owner follow up with the customer so you dont get to the same issue. The system and communication definitely needs some improvement there. Thanks
