I booked my truck OVER 30 days in advance with rental for furniture dollies as it was only me and 1 other person moving. The day I picked up the truck I was told they didn’t have furniture dollies. Why was I not told in advance?!? I ended up having to go and buy my own in order to make my move go smooth. This was an additional expense for me on top of the cost of the truck. If equipment cannot be made available customers should be informed

The lady in front desk was so rude. My first experience renting a u haul and last, for sure.

natalia RThe truck was cosmeticly unappealing. Rocker panels cover in rust. All rims covered in rust. Interior of cab was not cleaned before pick up. Boot prints and coffee spills. There were 2 lights out. License light and 1 cab roof marker light. When first started it sounded like there was an exhaust leak around the engine area. The self pick up app I found clunky and frustrating. So much that I stopped using it and went inside and used a human instead. The information the app asked caught me off guard as I have used the app several times in the last year. Unfortunately there is no other truck rental companies that are competitively priced.
