I origanaly was to pickup a truck at another location, had a flat tire, was transferred to Beckworth location, when I arrived I was told there was no trucks available, not a happy camper. When searching for another location on Clarke Road, received a call asking if I still wanted the truck from Beckworth, was told it was available. Went back and the young man was very apologetic, got me set up and on the way. Return was no hassle, went very quickly. Sorry, just a bad experience which caused us 3 extra hours of work.

CHRISTOPHER CWhen i went on counter and asked for uhaul key, they forced me to return back in specified 9 hr but few days back I confirmed with customer care that I can use for whole day... It was very poor experience.
