No one came out, just drop the trailer yourself, although not an issue for me, I'd recommend going in pairs if you need help hooking up the trailer or dropping it off.

Booking and pick up were easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this location.
Scott W.Was alot easier and fairly fast to check in and out online. The only issue was with finding where the truck is, as it is located out in the back lot and not in the front parking lot. However, I do prefer that as it is easier to pick up/drop off.

Miriam T.I delivered the trailer within 24 hours - 1 day period. The owner said he would report it delivered within 30 minutes, but didn't process it as delivered until 3 hours later. I was charged for 2 day periods. I have submitted for a refund of one day. This was poor service.
