I never received any confirmation about the uhaul and they charged me extra for the miles and time.

The personal at the desk was so unprofessional. He doesn’t have customer service skills. I yelled on me when I bought the u haul van because I asked him thats I don’t need the insurance. He disrespected me and said its 50-60 thousand van and I can’t give you without insurance. He could have say that in normal tune but I don’t understand the reason of raising voice. I would like to request that you guys have conversations with him and tell him how to speak to customer ls.

Pick up location was changed without me being notified. Location is in a small plaza then equipment is behind plaza down a pothole ridden driveway. First equipment had seized brakes then had to switch to 2nd trailer which was pulled in by maintenance guy and clearance lights not working the crank to lift tongue was loose and hard as hell to operate

My only issue with the whole rental experience is that the gears when shifting from park, reverse, etc stuck at times, but other than that, everything was fine.

Somehow didn't get my information into the system after my drop off which caused me to get charged for an extra day. I got refunded most of the charge once I called to clear things up but this was not a great first impression for uhaul.

UHAUL app didn't properly find location so I was unable to return equipment via the app. Had to deal with the drop off locations' staff instead.

Wanted to use a different location but it was the closest with the truck our size. Were told the truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Didn’t realize until 10 mins into driving that it was 1/4 tank full. Tried calling store but couldn’t get a hold of them. Truck doors were difficult to close, rusted lift gate. Inside of truck was clean. Front cab of truck had someone’s water bottle left in it. Will not rent from this location again.

No one came out, just drop the trailer yourself, although not an issue for me, I’d recommend going in pairs if you need help hooking up the trailer or dropping it off.

Was alot easier and fairly fast to check in and out online. The only issue was with finding where the truck is, as it is located out in the back lot and not in the front parking lot. However, I do prefer that as it is easier to pick up/drop off.

Have the pick up time outside of the stores hours blocked off so it can’t be booked.

I delivered the trailer within 24 hours - 1 day period. The owner said he would report it delivered within 30 minutes, but didn't process it as delivered until 3 hours later. I was charged for 2 day periods. I have submitted for a refund of one day. This was poor service.

Likely isn't the locations fault, more U-Haul in general that I wouldn't ever use again. They rescheduled me to a different location because the one their website let me organize didn't didn't carry the truck I needed. Much further away. Verified this new location and time with them on the phone. Got to the new location at stated time, and they weren't even open. Lost a lot of time on a very busy moving day.
