DANIEL VParking brake pedal was held together with elastic bands and the front bumper cover fell off before I left the parking lot. The attendants were very confused on billing and I was overcharged for mileage.
Jeremiah YI booked my truck one week in advance, the location was then changed without an explanation after I booked the original location for a reason. Then when I went to the second location to confirm my reservation was changed to a much smaller vehicle that would have completed ruined my move. Then after changing it back to the original vehicle the location was then changed to a THIRD location even further away therefore adding even more distance to my move and inconveniencing me further. I am not likely to use U-Haul again.
