The drop off for your key is a slot in the wall, and there’s no box to catch the keys, so I was called 3 days after I dropped off the truck and keys to be told I didn’t drop it off, and asked if I used the slot correctly. A drop box needs to be installed or a catch tray on the inside of the building needs to be installed so I’m not accused of not doing my part.
