We had an emergency and our 7 month old daughter was hospitalized for a week. We tried working with U-Haul to have the trailer returned to another location. They wanted to charge us over $900! Then we set up a family friend to return it a few days later and it cost another $30/day. We had our daughter in the ICU and u-haul can’t even acknowledge or give any grace to the situation. Absolute insanity over a pull behind trailer. We’ve always been loyal U-Haul customers but after the lack of empathy from this trip, we will unlikely be renting from U-Haul ever again.

Beat U-Haul ever
CARLOS Abought the insurance to cover truck , come to find out i wasted my money , insurance doesn't cover theft . they were not clear on this . extremely disappointed
RICK LI returned the truck the following day but too late, so I was charged two days and two insurances and two taxes. U-Haul app uses your location to determine when you’re on-site, staff said it didn’t matter, but it does! A little expensive. My fault? Maybe so?
