After hours Dropbox was difficult to find- no information on front door of business or in drop off area. Otherwise staff was excellent, vehicle was in great condition

DIAA NI didn’t like that I had to pick up the vehicle 5 miles away from the location that I originally chose. With no explanation. The check out process was burdensome and time consuming. That should be improved.
