U-Haul changed my reserved pick up location to one 30 miles away in the opposite direction. Really screwed up my arrangements. What’s the point of making a reservation?

BETTY SMobile pickup wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been. I had to call a number provided and do it over the phone because the person did not receive all the information even after I put it in.
KYLE JWell, I ordered a cargo van and was giving a truck. The truck was too small of me. A very uncomfortable ride. I was told no vans were available but on the site it said it was. If a customer picks a certain vehicle than they should be alerted that the vehicle is not available.
