The location was supposed to be open until 5:30 on Sunday. I arrived at 5:20 and the place was completely closed. Additionally, the app does not allow you to return the truck. It is not user friendly at all.

The address doesn’t match where it leads you on the gps
Michelle HI HAVE BEING RENTING UHAUL VANS FOR MANY YEARS NOW. Some locations were mediocre, even disappointing causing me to lose my reservation and standing without a van on Sunday morning.. Some good, but Storage Plus in Long Island City is exceptional. Simply the best. Very professional.
