Mark D.Uhaul has amazing customer service. i had trouble finding my reservation on my account on a Sunday and i called customer service which was available quickly and the person on the phone was amazingly helpful. i don't know her name but she is definitely someone to keep at uhaul. For a sunday, i was amazed! i used uhaul several months ago and customer service was great again (that time via twitter). the truck was clean and easy to pickup without an agent and the online system is great. moving is a stressful situation and i hope uhaul continues with their amazing service. please thank the woman who i spoke to today! thanks uhaul!
