My experience was very poor. From the moment I went to pick up the Uhaul the app did not work. It would not let me continue my check in process to be able to pick up the keys. Then, once we did have the keys, it took me 20 mins at least to take all the pictures necessary which led me to waste time. Driving the vehicle and the vehicle itself was clean and fine. But then dropping it off was another nightmare. I had to do the check out process twice & then it still did not close out my account. I had to call a manager and they had to find the truck to verify the mileage and close it out on their end. Biggest issue was with the application, not the truck. Don't think I'd rent it out like this again.

PATRICIA ZThis was an incredible experience. Not because renting a van or moving furniture is fun but because of what their employee, Linda did for me. Office wasn’t open yet and I couldn’t use the self check-in because I have an interim New York license without a picture. It was 23° out and I was freezing and under a time crunch. Linda (who was waiting to start work) saw me and was able to check me in by accessing the system on her phone. You can find hospitality in surprising places. Thanks Linda!
