I booked at the 15th and main location, my email confirmation said that location. When I showed up, it had the 1800 Delaware location as the pick up. This was unexpected and further away, adding miles to the trip. The van itself was well maintained, but better communication, like an email saying “the pickup location will be different” would have been nice.
