SHANE S | Overall ExperienceIt's hard to keep an outside unit clean with all the wind. Once I applied WD-40 to the lock bolt it worked better. When I was unable to get the door down, Maintenance came quickly and worked hard to find the problem and fix it. I always felt safe at all three units HOWEVER I have bladder issues and not having facilities available led to MANY dehumanizing incidents.
