Truck had no pads/blankets in the compartment or dolly which I didn’t mind as I had moving blankets and dollies. But was told by some buddies it should’ve came with them.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSCAM! Absolutely the worst service. Picked up the haul & 3 months later see that I was charged for a storage unit too. Called to ask what the charge was and why they’ve been charging me. Agent absolutely refused to acknowledge there may be a mistake or even provide an avenue to resolve the matter. I’ll never recommend this business. Was treated like dirt. When picking up the U-Haul the agent never said anything to me. I was charge $65 for the U-Haul only. The receipt only states a U-Haul was purchased. Why would I lie to you. I’ve never used the unit or even entered the gate.
James RU-haul continues to be a life saver, much easier to make one big move rather than multiple trips with a pickup truck.
cristopher dHave a backup in case phones cannot check in. I was charged for an extra day I didnt use.
Cody BTruck smelled like gear oil. Also the staff left me a message today stating that i still had things in the storage unit and this is after I closed out my account after 6-7 years. They said I was going to be charged for another month but they can't do that because i gave notice with ample time ax per contract.
