Initial reservation was with one of two UHaul locations on Nelson Road. That was NOT a "moving" experience to say the least. Erin at the UHaul/ storage place did an excellent job with damage control. Paul on Delaware street had the trailer. No problem with pickup, setup, and directions. Just great. UHaul reservations process was just awful and uncertain as to what was going on. I had trouble getting connected to pick up the truck and your phone line took over 20 minutes to answer. Repeatedly saying your projected wait time is 5-10 minutes is extremely frustrating, especially when it's a flat-out lie.Michael M.
The location was fine. It was everything related to the uhaul online check-in and return system that was the issue. I could neither check-In nor return the truck on my phone. When I chatted with an agent, they said I needed to logout of uhaul and sign in on Chrome. I don't have chrome on my phone. I barely had enough connectivity to make it work, there was no explanation that I would have to do the rental this way, the woman on the phone (national) said "don't worry, that location is open by 7am" - a total lie. I was told the truck I rented would be sufficient for hauling all of the contents of a two bedroom house. I had all of my stuff in storage. The truck was not large enough and we ended up having to make two trips from Fort Collins to Longmont. Unsatisfied with Uhaul for 1) not giving me correct location to pick up truck and 2) the truck was not large enough and had to make 2 trips.Sandra H.
Whom ever washed the U-Haul pickup left their footprints on the floor of the truck. I am not certain that is important. The young lady at Eagles Nest is wonderfully helpful. Keep her around. On a Saturday where the outside temperature was 100 degrees the Silverado's air conditioning worked very well. Remind U-Haul customers to bring their own Wipe Cleaners, made with ethyl alcohol, in order to protect themselves from the Covid-19 virus. How about a sign on the back of each U-Haul vehicle that says something like - "The operator is new to operating this vehicle. Please provide them appropriate consideration and distance."ROGER H.

First...advertising 19.95 a day, but charging over $100 for 1 day is FALSE ADVERTISING! Next, the bed of the truck was filthy with mud and branches, I had to go wash it out. Finally, your App is the worst Ive ever seen...It continually crashes trying to load a picture or move to the next step. I never was able to complete anything via your App.Danny W.

We were to return the truck by 2:00, got there at 1:30 and my wife went in to find out where I was to park the truck. Personel did not want to talk to my wife and only told her to put the keys in the drop box, so I went in and he said he would take care of it ( he would not leave his chair ) so we could not do a walk around the truck and he did the check in the next day. Charging us for another 24 hours and claiming damage to the insurance company.Kenneth S.
