I WENT TO LOCATION ON THURSDAY AND MADE RESERVATION FOR A EARLY PICKUP ON SAT. 7-19-25 AT 6:00. TRIED THE APP TO GET KEYS BUT FOUND OUT WASN'T SET UP FOR PICKUP UNTIL 10:00. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FINALLY GOT REP. FOR U-HAUL TO CHANGE TIME TO 8:45 AND WAS ABLE TO GET KEYS, THEN HAD TI TAKE PICTURE OF EVERYTHING YOUR COMPANY REQUIRES. FINALLY LEFT WITH TRUCK AROUIND 9:00. SO MUCH FOIR TRYING TO BEAT THE HEAT OF MID-JULY!!!!!!!!! PLUS THE BUSINES WE WENT THRU DIDN'T OPEN UNTIL 10:30 ON A SAT. IF YOU MEAN $50 REFUND ON BAD SERVICE, THIS WOULD BE TIME TO REFUND THAT MONEY. I PAID THE PERSON AT LOCATION THURSDAY AND HAD TO PAY AGAIN YESTERDAY. AM I CHARGED TWICE ON MY DEBIT CARD? IF SO I EXCEPT A CREDIT FOR THE $150 PLUS THAT WAS PUT ON MY CARD YESTERDAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL AND DO NOT PLAN TO RESERVE ANYTHING FROM U-HAUL AGAIN.
