The truck steering was very sloppy with a 1/4 turn. The key lock box was left unlocked. I used the truck for 3 of 5 days and no credit for unused days. The U-Haul move help was not scheduled for the days I specified and it cost me $500 extra to get the truck loaded and unloaded. I’m a Disabled Veteran and I will not ever use any U-Haul equipment or other services again and will let everyone know how bad this situation was and is.

KRISTAL VIt took them a full day to check the truck in causing me to have to follow up with both U-Haul and the vendor to ensure I was properly credited for the return.
Bernard THave working equipment. Was not clean. Uhaul was not looked over before we took it, not was paper work processed at that time. Uhaul broken down and had to have it towed back to my location and then towed from my house the next day. Definitely not worth the $611 i was charged.
Paul MIt was a bit dirty and it had roaches. Recommend to spray it with Raid before other clients rent it so that way this creeps don't come along to there new apts or homes, besides that we had a good safe experience.
