John FVehicle was dirty. Customer service was horrible. Then they tried to charge me on a vehicle that was left with a 1/4 tank of gas. I drove less than 15 miles and the low mileage light came on. They refunded the overcharge even though we spoke about it in the office. I would not recommend and will never use this location again. They were very difficult to deal with for what should be a simple transaction. No thank you!
