The original location was not open. Moved to another location that didn’t have the equipment I rented - vehicle was not clean or maintained. I threw out trash from prior renter. The low tire pressure light on - not a customer service friendly location that didn’t allow us to park our car. Incredibly inconvenient and the hassle put me severely behind schedule on a tightly scheduled day. So very disappointed in my entire experience. Not happy at all.

Prices were to high for a 3hr use. The truck I rented was missing an ac duct on the left and the driver mirror would not stay in place. When I was asking about the deposit. I was told 3 to 5 business days and got cut off and told thank you have a nice day. The customer service person was rude in cutting me off and ending my experience.
