The truck i had reserved a 17 ' was not available i was given a 9' van and thats all they had was told no other location in arround 10 miles had anything available my one trip move turn into 8 or 9 trips and many more hours of work and now I'm being charge for 2 days of rental of everything when it was uhaul fault for not having a previous reserved truck available...im still waiting to hear about charges !its been 4 days
Only one thing I complain they don't honest what customer returned the vehicle after hour drop off the store. The fuel gauge is different from what I refill the gas when I get it from the rental store. Only I drove the car was 5.5 Miles. When I got to the store call to the number and spoke to an agent what the status report. I got evidence

Not withstanding my comments above regarding your location, the process of renting the trailer from you was terrible. I made a one-way reservation a month in advance, then, starting about a week prior to the pick up date, I was contacted three or four times and told e rental wasn't available, than that it was available but not on the date that I needed, than that it wasn't available, then that it was available but not at the location I needed (twice). I can't believe that this system works for you!

Have the equipment up to date on your system, my contract was put on hold because they thought the truck I rented was two days late, when in fact I rented the truck the very same day, my experience has been very uncomfortable. can I please have someone either send me a message or call me in reference to this review, thanks.
There were two deductions made to my card. I thought there would only be one deduction. The amount I owed. Helen
The truck smelled of stale cigarette smoke and made for a bad experience
Double check customer's order before billing/charging. I was charged double amount for what I actually owed. It also took a long time for me to be able to reach someone by telephone (super long wait).
The staff seemed bothered that I was there to rent a truck that I had a reservation for. And they weren't wearing masks until I approached the counter. I filled the truck with gas and was still charged for gas. I have photos of the dash and my fuel receipt but was still charged
