The trucks were stored in an unpaved area adjacent to the parking lot which was unfortunately littered with broken glass. I pulled an intact 40oz bottle from underneath the truck. If I hadn't, I would have run over it while pulling forward into the parking lot. The people working inside the liquor store which gave me the keys and collected them from me were friendly and helpful though. Ultimately I did not have any issues but there were about a half dozen pieces of glass I moved in order to avoid damage to the truck.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was terrible. I received the vehicle with an empty tank, so I added $20 of gas. Despite this, U-Haul charged me an extra $20 for fuel on top of several other unreasonable fees. Very disappointing when these companies charge you a lot and deliver crap services.
Julio FWas given two different addresses. One from Uhauls website and one from an automated text message. Had to call and clarify the correct address. Then when arriving at the correct place the representative there didn’t have access to my reservation and then I had to call Uhaul again and sit on a 30+ hold in order to get a representative to force the guy at the correct location to get me the keys after filling out another contract. Then the requested equipment for my reservation was not available (furniture dolly). The actual Uhaul itself served my needs. But upon returning my vehicle with more gas in it than I received upon picking my reservation the representative charged me for 8 gallons of gas at an outrageous $58. Not happy. Do better. I’ll be sure to share my experience with anyone who considers Uhaul in the future.
