No parking unsafe area, very poor communication did not responded to numerous request to close my contract to get my balance refund. Received truck with no gas, cabin and exterior not clean at all.more miles than listed in contract. Had to call DHl my self to inform of all this discrepancies. Not my fist time renting from U-Haul but this location needs more supervision from U-Haul to insure equipment is up to U-Haul standard's person that rented the truck was nice and treaded me well but what make me do this negative review was all the other issues stated I hope this location improves and gives future customer the same quality service that I have gotten from other locations. area is very unsafe. unable to take condition photos before leaving for lack of safety. i was expecting a person to guide me through the process which is why i opted for counter pick up instead of self serve, but it basically was self serve anyway.
Albert BWhen I went to pick up my U-Haul, the truck had a ton of trash like some homeless person was living in the truck bed. They did a half job sweeping it but it was still dirty. They did not have my dolly or blankets that I paid to rent and he just told me he would credit me the difference. He never did. I called him like three times he kept saying they would do it. Then when I returned the U-Haul because he never credited it, they charged me $300 for not returning the items I never received. I have given amply time and chances to rectify but he never fixed the issue.

Kimberly MIt opened at 10:20—it simply doesn't open on time. The vehicle was dirty, and I received it with the low fuel light on; consequently, I was forced to head straight to a gas station. That said, the staff are doing their best; I have nothing negative to say about them. The location itself isn't great, either.
