I am extremely disappointed with Uhaul and the service I've received from this location. I will think twice before using Uhaul next time. For one, the place had no dolly that I specifically asked for when they changed my location to this one. The van was EXTREMELY dirty, never washed, the van was filled with trash. Gas was not what was said it was. Furthermore, when I tried to extend I was told another family is waiting for the van at 4pm, I returned the van and nobody was waiting for it. What kind of service is this? I was rushed without a dolly and could not extend.

Van is damaged.. smelled cow crap. Damage is on the rear right tire big chunk of missing and had a leak. Took it to tire shop. Tire need to be changed . This truck should have never been rented out. I returned it a day earlier. I would like my money back but I know U-Haul will never take responsibility or honor that! Shame.
Michel Blocation was changed at last minute causing significant inconvenience in a tight schedule and out of pocket costs for cab to and fro.
