At this location, the proprietor wanted to do the bare minimum to complete the rental process. The mileage recorded on the rental agreement was 4565. The mileage displayed on the odometer was 4568. The fuel gauge registered a lower level than the one on the rental agreement. The cargo area was dirty. We broomed out the cargo area before starting our rental. In the cargo area, U-Haul has a notice that the renter will be charged $25.00 if the cargo van is returned with a dirty interior. I believe U-Haul should credit a renter who has to clean the cargo area before the rental starts. There was prior damage on the cargo van. The U-Haul app did not have enough capacity to load all the photos needed to record the prior damage and the dirty cargo area interior. ~

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was told by the store person, BUBA, that I could park on the side of the store, next to the parked U-Haul. Upon my return, my car had been towed! I told Buba that he should not have told me it was ok to park there. Buba said to speak to the Walgreens manager. I asked for the owner of the shop, Buba said it was his brother Sam. Buba wouldn't give me Sam's phone number, and told me to complain to U-Haul. It cost me $400 and lots of grief, time and inconvenience to get my car back. It has been days since then, and I'm still so angry that this happened.
