Location was closed when I arrived.
DOUGLAS MI was incorrectly charged $134 & tax for a loading dolly. I specifically did not rent it. It was provided in the truck however. It was returned in the same condition and I was charged for stealing it. I complained to the Manager upon notification of the emailed invoice. Returned to the rental yard. She apologized for her mistake. Offered me a credit that I can’t verify. She was unable to print me a credit or offer any other evidence of the overcharge being rectified. I waited 24 hours for ihaul to resolve itself, a credit memo, an email, any followup. I have called and left messages.
