Only issue was there was no one there that could check me in and help unhook the the trailer when in dropped the trailer off on Sun., 4/15/18. @ 1:20 pm. Even though they were open. The lady was very nice, made me a copy of my paperwork, and said someone would call me on Mon., 4/16/18 to go over it with me.

I asked the nice guy who do I call to complain about the pick up location. He asked what was wrong and immediately understood and said the trailer was very old and difficult to use as all the parts didn’t move well. He reimbursed me $50 back and I was grateful. I’ve used uhaul on every move over the past 5 years. That’s 5 times. This was not a great rental for me. And makes me cautious moving forward. However I’m glad this place seems to understand guest relations and service. GREAT JOB HERE!!

The clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is the "safe tow" charge on my bill. I was never told nor did I want any kind of insurance as my auto policy covers towed vehicles. The clerk told me that all towed vehicles have that charge and she was not able to remove it from my bill as the computer would not allow it. This to me is nothing short of a money making scam for UHaul as I was NEVER told anything about this charge when I called the toll free number to reserve the trailer. Who do I contact at UHaul corporate to have the 8.00 reversed on my bill as this charge was NEVER discussed or agreed upon. I look forward to your prompt response.

It was a long process renting the truck. I gave all my information over the phone on 2 separate occasions. the morning I picked the truck up I had to give everything two more times. When confirming over the phone with the dealer, the person I spoke with read my credit card number out loud 3 times while they were working on the register helping customers. When I spoke with the manager, I told him my concern about reading my card out in front of customers. He said he prayed know one got the number. I called and cancelled my card that evening. When we returned the truck at 8pm the same evening, we were told the Uhaul area was closed. The next morning we received a call that we owed $35. Well, I can't pay it because now I don't have a card and we moved an hour away. I would NOT recommend this dealer.

The rental location was fine. Staff was very pleasant. However the overall experience with being able to finally pick up my truck was horrible. My reservations were changed to three different locations without prior knowledge. I showed up at my reserved time for the second location and there still was no truck. I ended up having to go almost an hour from my home to pick up a truck and then spent the next 30 minutes on the phone arguing about additional mileage for my inconvenience. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 8:30 but did not get a truck until 1130am. Which put me behind schedule with movers that I had to pay. My experience was NOT a good one.
