When ordering a site for a UHaul pickup, please be open and clear about the exact costs involved. I knew the original cost was $19.95 plus tax, but I was not aware of all the additional costs, to be paid at pickup. The total cost came to $89.52 for a total of 4 hours that I had the truck out. In addition, I had to pay the store management $20.00 to leave my car there while I used the truck. A legitimate UHaul dealership would let a person leave their car on the lot while the truck was in use for no additional fee. I will not use this site again, even if it means going a little farther to use a UHaul dealer.
