Our tire went flat on our way to Florida from Colorado had to keep stopping and airing it up finally just stayed overnight and they were there in the morning

Another location were there was no one at the office when we arrived. At least this time we didn’t have to wait an hour, more like 15 min. The lady took the truck and left. Barely any conversation or true checkout. She just wanted to have the truck out of the way of their parking. No instructions for self drop off. Very unhappy overall with my experience from pick up to drop off
