The location was closed when I arrived so it is difficult for me to rate the personnel. It would have been helpful to have a larger parking spot available for an after hours drop off. I was able to fit the 20’ truck into a space but if I had been returning a 26’ truck, it would have been a challenge. The after hours drop process is a HUGE improvement, though. It made the return very easy.
