the Online quote I got was for $14.95 per day but when I got to the facility the computer would not allow the manager to use that rate. She had to charge me $25.95 per day. She tried to get the reservation rate but she could not. I would like to get the reservation rate and a refund for the difference.

I had to drive 900+ miles with this trailer, and I was given a very old and obviously well used trailer. My first questions was, "Will this trailer make it " . The appearance was old, worn, and the response from the worker was "It has new tires". Not reassuring. The day we started out, one trailer light didn't some on. I rattled the trailer, and it worked. Not reassuring. Would be nice to make sure the long distance travelers have newer, and reliable equipment.

Your app is not very good. The sign at the location said nothing about having to be on location to do a web check in. So, I drove BACK to the place I dropped it off. I had previously taken all of the pictures requested, but the app would not let me upload the pictures, they had to be taken again anew..which was not possible since I had already turned the keys in. The app would not go past that point. Took me 2 hours to drop it off, and then another call this morning. Really poor app, I certainly will never try and drop a U-Haul off again after hours.

Point out if the gas tank is not Full. I didn't notice that the contract showed it as not being full at pick up, as I would have expected. Then I filled up the tank when finished and paid for more gas than I should have.

Dominic was amazing. Very accommodating. Being short I had spontaneously decide to go for a smaller truck and he went out of his way to make it happen for me. The office is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and great light. Very welcoming. The premises are spotless and the access is good. Next time I have a storage need I will def go there as well.

It was awesome! I ran into horrible weather and was really stressed out, but the man (I'm sorry I can't remember his name!) at the Dillon Uhaul that I rented my truck from was extremely amenable and that was extremely helpful. I'm nervous driving those big trucks anyway, but with snow and ice and a blizzard... I'm so glad I decided not to take the risk and wait it out. One thing I would suggest with a customer you know is going to be traveling to or from high country unpredictable mountain weather and possibly hazardous travel is to maybe give them a written list or explanation of what the hazardous winter travel weather laws and regulations are according to CDOT and if/how your vehicles are equipt or not equipt with the requirements. Such as I found out after the fact that my truck did indeed have snow tires on the front 2 wheels which is a new law for trucks beginning this year. I also didn't know whether a uhaul truck is considered a commercial motor vehicle or not and hence fall under rules for a CMV. Also, the required chain law. Maybe providing chains if you know a customer will be traveling through snow country and it's getting to be the season for that. (& also instructions how to put them on??) Even providing travel information for road conditions such as I found to be an excellent detailed source of information for road conditions of the specific roads I needed to travel on my route. All of these things are extremely useful and critical to safety of the people and also protection of your equipment!! One of the roads I needed to pass in order to reach my hwy and I was debating over and over whether to go or not, I found the following morning when I opted not to go when I saw all the snow that had fallen, I heard locals in the shop of the town I was stuck in (moving to) that they'd never seen more vehicles (dozens!!) in the ditches along hwy 91 and spun out into ditches in the entire time they had lived there. There is a high mountain pass on that road with steep cliffs either side... I am SO glad I did not go. The following morning the slushy snow had all frozen and people were fishtailing all over the roads. I waited for it to thaw out and melt when I saw the sun was out before I headed out. The roads were dry and perfect by the time I went! I heard one man say he spent 5 hours trying to help dig his friend's car out of the snow bank along 91 that night before. I feel it was so much more efficient, putting fewer people, including myself, in danger to wait it out. I don't know, maybe even including some policies regarding bad weather would be a good idea. I kept calling the police dept and CDOT and checking the national weather forecast and they kept saying "we don't know, mountain weather is unpredictable. It can change on the flip of a dime. Just keep checking for road conditions." I don't know what you're supposed to do to plan for these things when you have a big move. I had to be out of my place by Oct 1. I mad

The drop-off area (after hours) was a little hectic with all but one spot being taken and very small area to maneuver the trailer. Made it work but had to place the trailer in the handicapped spot out of necessity. Otherwise the facility was very nice.
