DEVIN PWorn tires on the auto transport. Truck was FILTHY - melted chocolate on the floor - looked like the windshield hadn't been cleaned in weeks - inside of the cargo box was covered in dirt and trash.

BRITTANY PI had a 10am pickup appt scheduled and arrived to a sign on the door stating they would return in half an hour. I picked up the truck at 10:29 and was still expected to return it within by scheduled three hour time frame despite picking up half an hour late. Staff being present for scheduled pick up’s would be a huge improvement.
