Beverly RI originally specified a different location for pick up and drop off - not only because the area of town is not safe at night, but also because the staff there is extremely unhelpful. I initially set my pick up to be in person, with the help of staff member. Upon my arrival at 4:30 the doors were locked so I called the store. A man answered and said his employee is taking her lunch and that I should just complete the pick up through my phone - which I expressly did NOT select. He was rude to me the whole phone call and neglected to explain the security deposit, while also trying to upsell me. Through my reservation, I also selected an appliance dolly for $15, which was not in the van. When I called, he told me I did not reserve one and after some arguing he reluctantly refunded me the $15. This location is awful, the staff is unhelpful and never on site. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
