I feel like my overall experience for uhaul is horrible. I rented a van from one location then it got transferred to this location without my concent. Then when I went to pick up the van it wasn’t set up for 24 hour pick up so o had to wait to get the keys. It was the middle of the day and there was no one there. I waited 2 hours before they arrived after calling uhaul numerous times, emergency or not there should have been an additional person or a way to get keys that day if there was rental appointments. Then when I thought this was made right and the charge completely reversed, I was charged again 3 days later. I only needed this rental for 1 hours and I had to endure 3 hours of my day with uhaul.

HELEN LLocation was not open at the opening time. Had to check oi virtually. When I went to return the vehicle 4 hours later, there still was nobody staffing the facility and another group had been waiting 2 hours for someone to arrive.
Dylan AOwner/manager talked on phone the entire time he was waiting on me ! Very unprofessional ! My rental was not clean-dirty floor should’ve been blown out!
SHEILA GFirst, I could not figure out how to get the 26' truck and trailer inside the parking lot. When I called about how to get the equipment in, the man kept repeating it back to me like it was a stupid question. He proceeded to tell me to park it anywhere because he was at lunch (he wouldnt be back for about 10 minutes). When I FINALLY got the equipment in the very tiny driveway, it blocked the whole area off. A process that could have taken no more than 15 min, ended up being an hour process due to no communication. To be included, no one was at the location even after the "10 minutes". This process not only pissed off me, but it also pissed off the two other people that were late due to me blocking the area, and a couple that was having the same problem. I will NEVER use this location again, and I strongly advise that in order to not get a lawsuit, the management team and staff need to step it up. This is truly unacceptable behavior.
