I originally booked a truck with two dollies, but was told that the location would be closed, the dollies would no longer be available, and I would need to pick it up using the Uhaul app. I made an account online and confirmed my order, then downloaded the app. I wasn't able to program my order onto my account on the app despite carefully entering my reservation number and last name, which was a problem because I would need to access it on there in order to pick up the truck and get a code for the key box. I called customer support, who were rude and unhelpful, telling me that I was using the app wrong, that I needed to select a 24/7 pickup option that was not available without having access to my order. When I explained this to the representative, they told me that I would need to go to the location with my phone's gps turned on and try again. I did this, but was still unable to access my order on the app. In all, customer service was rude and dismissive, and would not listen to understand the problem that I was actually javing with their app. The only reason that I am giving this more than one star is because I was able to speak to the owner of the business renting out the uhaul truck once I was there and able to get the keys directly from him.

Ask if the customer needs to be shown and make familiar with the equipment. I was OK but nobody asked.

Probably need more space and more trucks (especially cargo vans)since it is the most ideal (central) location for the city.

Was yelled and cursed at by who seemed to be the manager of the PM shift, who waited until after I dropped the keys in the return box to then say I parked the truck incorrectly even though there wasn’t another place to park.

The roof of the cargo area in the truck leaked and ruined some of our boxes and damaged some furniture. Not sure if this is a maintenance issue but definitely not satisfied with the condition of the truck.

I had a guaranteed pick up at 11am. The Uhaul was not at the site plus their was not any 26 footers in the whole town of Louisville Ky. I was paying a crew of of 3 men while I was waiting for the truck, the truck finally arrived at 11:20am . I took the truck with no cleaning because it was late and I needed the truck. Allison Willen the person on site said she would give me a $50 credit on my credit card for the inconvenience, but that credit did not show on my statement. I tried to call Allison 5 times only to get a no answer and vice mail box was full. I am going to dispute the full charge on credit card because no one at that Louisville store even will pick up their phone. So Sad....Ron Kieffner Contract # 94149436 502-396-8677

Make it more accommodating when guests come back with their trucks to check in there's somebody in the office and you're guessing not sitting outside in the rain waiting for 30 minutes for someone to come back into the office that's one suggestion I would make

I asked where I should drop off the truck and she said she couldn't see it in her system. So just drop it off at the nearest location. The truck was dirty. I had to sweep it out before I used it. The gas cap wasn't even on. I drive for 40 miles not knowing the gas cap was off. Won't rent with uhaul again. I'm military. Moved many times. Ised uhaul many times over my 25 career. Won't do it again.

If a customer has a reservation it should be honored.. Saturday U haul had no 15 foot trucks.. Had a reservation for Sunday after calling for 2 hours NO ANSWER arrive at location no truck that I needed.. I wanted my move done over the weekend.. So now its Monday and Im told by the Manager on Sunday they close at 5pm to 530.. I send my sons and they are told the computers were shut down at 4pm WHICH IS UNEXCEPTABLE not knowing I was up the street.. Its not my fault you all quoted one time then says something else..So yes by now im overly irritated.. Was there any type of discount for the bad service NOOOOO... Ive never went thru this w UHAUL in all the times Ive rented.. So no I was not happy w the service AT ALL considering I had to move after a 10 hour shift.

I was charged a clean up fee after the truck was turned in and inspected. I wasn't notified the day of the drop off I unexpectedly seen the the charge on my credit card days after.

I would make sure the box is swept to be absolutely perfect, but overall I was completely satisfied with my experience and everyone I spoke with. Outstanding job!

Location did not provide instructions about returning rental after hours even though it was in the contract to be returned after hours. We found key drop box but only hoped we did the right thing.

Traler was ok, the exterior was in poor shape and had some damage to it. The interior was better. The trailer could us a revamp. We arived to our location and began to unload, as we reached the front of the trailer our items were wet. From the rain we drove through on the way. I made sure to let the person we returned the trailer to know that the trailer leaked and our items got wet. I returned the trailer a day earlier than the 2 days i reserved it. I was told "to bad no refunds". I was not happy with this response. Over all...I rented a leaky trailer and paid for a day I didn't need.

My first time using UHAUL and the whole experience was bad. They didn't have the truck I needed available so I had to pay for a bigger truck than I needed for the job and where they wanted me to pick the truck up at was still an hour away from where I needed to pick the furniture up. The pickup location was a UHAUL and car detailer combo right in the middle of the city. So it was extremely busy and I had to wait for a good while just to pick the truck up that I had already reserved. The best part of the experience was dropping the truck off and being done with it. I wouldn't use uhaul again unless there was no other option. The positive part was that the 15' truck was very nice inside and out and performed well getting the job done. So maybe I'm just complaining too much.
