I broke down in the first 29 miles and I was 5 hours getting help they did not wont to bring me a trailer they said I had to go pick it up I could not leave my car unattended Ihad to talk to a manager to get a trailer to me IF WAS NOT FOR SCOTT IN TEXAS I WOULD BE STEEL BROKE DOWN HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM
David BNext time someone rents a dolly it should be on the truck. I will be contacting to get the money back for that considering I never received it. Other than that the truck drove fine.
Sierrah GWhen I rented the U-Haul, I was not told that I’d be doing a onthe line pick up . The system took me a long time because I am not familiar with it. The uhaul truck we rented was extremely dirty and smelly. The air did not work or the defrost. The truck sounded like it was going to fall apart when you turn the wheel. I would not use the U-Haul company again and I would not recommend it..
