The employee at Boost Mobile was great. He provided excellent customer service where U-Haul lacked. There was a huge misunderstanding that accumulated a $800 bill —in which U-Haul (Scott Shepherd) rudely told me it was my responsibility and there was nothing he could do about it. The Boost Mobile employee (New Cut location) corrected everything and handled the situation satisfactorily.

Fast and easy to drop my rental off.
LAWRENCE WI reserved the truck for 9am but the reservation was changed the night before by the store due to lack of people returning the trucks. However, I was made aware the night before so I was able to make arrangements to pickup at 11. It was very smooth and the person that helped us was very accommodating. I understand that things happen out of our control. Customer service was top notch. Would definitely use again and recommend 👌🏽
Elizabeth CNot so much the location, but the entire process is replete with disappointment. It took three bookings to finally get a vehicle, and that still was NOT at my original "reservation" location. What is the point of even making a reservation? So much for the guarantee.
