I reserved the truck for 9am but the reservation was changed the night before by the store due to lack of people returning the trucks. However, I was made aware the night before so I was able to make arrangements to pickup at 11. It was very smooth and the person that helped us was very accommodating. I understand that things happen out of our control. Customer service was top notch. Would definitely use again and recommend 👌🏽
Elizabeth CNot so much the location, but the entire process is replete with disappointment. It took three bookings to finally get a vehicle, and that still was NOT at my original "reservation" location. What is the point of even making a reservation? So much for the guarantee.
