Not so much the location, but the entire process is replete with disappointment. It took three bookings to finally get a vehicle, and that still was NOT at my original "reservation" location. What is the point of even making a reservation? So much for the guarantee.

Leon BI broke down in the first 29 miles and I was 5 hours getting help they did not wont to bring me a trailer they said I had to go pick it up I could not leave my car unattended Ihad to talk to a manager to get a trailer to me IF WAS NOT FOR SCOTT IN TEXAS I WOULD BE STEEL BROKE DOWN HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT LISTENED TO MY PROBLEM
David BNext time someone rents a dolly it should be on the truck. I will be contacting to get the money back for that considering I never received it. Other than that the truck drove fine.
