One of the straps was missing probably 12 inches or so I had to use ratchet straps of my own. No big deal just letting you know so the next renter may not get stuck as I luckily had straps with me.

We had to go to 2 different locations because the first one didn't do uhauls anymore and the 2nd one No one was there so we just left the keys in the drop box and called customer service to inform of the situation.
