New management! The assistant manager you have is pitiful! I use This U-Haul all the time but I will go to another from here on out. Just ridiculous!!!

I reserved on-line but received an email stating that my location may not have the equipment (open trailer) available and that I could change locations prior to my reservation date. I did this. I went in person to what I believe is the main U-Haul store in Louisville, KY as I thought this would have the best opportunity for equipment. Also, an email I received said I would need to schedule an inspection of my SUV's hitch. Thus I went to the Bardstown Road location. The salesmen (2) were not in a rush to assist the line of customers. One was speaking with a corporate rep or support person, I assume, as his conversation related to a recent fuel leak and need for repair. Only hearing one side of the conversation, it seemed apparent he was being asked for basic information (vendor who installed gas tank, date of purchase) yet this conversation lasted for a LONG time with information being repeated, and repeated, as the line of store customers grew. The gentleman who assisted me wore sunglasses indoors and called me "sweetheart" and sat on the pavement and smoked a cigarette as he inspected my SUV for its towing capacity. He also did not seem to be in a hurry to assist me and told jokes to someone on the phone as he worked with my on-line reservation to change locations and trailer. I was told the size trailer I needed did not have a ramp and I would need to bring/make my own. All said and done, I asked if I would receive an email confirming my location and trailer change. I was told "yes". I did not receive an email so called back the Bardstown office. No answer but the main U-Haul line answered and I was assisted in moments and was able to reserve a trailer with a ramp and received a confirmation email.

I was treated with courtesy and respect and the gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and friendly even after dealing with an irate man who was making threats and screaming. He is a professional!!!

First of all, I was refused the reservation guarantee. I made a reservation and received an email with a confirmation number for a rental at the store in Jeffersonville, In. I had to drive all the way out to this location. The staff was less than friendly and the van dashboard was alerting that it needed an oil change. I've used uhaul multiple times to move and this was the first poor experience I've had. I'm disappointed.

The guy at the counter checking us in was seated the whole time and kept telling all the customers to sit down at the counter because it would “take a while.” He wore sunglasses and kept a sucker in his mouth the entire transaction and was rude to everyone in front of us in the line. The wait to pick up or unit was about 30 minutes.

The prices were to high i was nickled And Dimed for every little thing. Moving is stressful enougb. Uhaul should at least supply basic equipment with a smile instead of having their hand out.

The key drop here is a literal hole in the window that you drop your keys through. It's surprisingly easy to overlook.

Not having the employee at at the return. He is ignorat and arrogant. I had to move inside to solve. But that employee was so ignorNt and could not listen because I believe he is retarded.

Customer service was ok but a couple of staff were not very nice. They gave us three different rates when trying to book and pay at the end . Not clear explanations

Equipment was new, and in good mechanical condition, but the customer service rep smoked in the vehicle prior to delivering it to me. When I asked for another vehicle, he apologized and said there were no additional vehicles available. Since Uhaul requires the customer to clean all vehicles rented, I would expect to receive a clean, smoke free vehicle. Otherwise, my rental was hassle free, and all equipment was available on time.

I started my miles out on 4436 and brought truck back at 4448.4 I was told I drove 48 miles and was going to be charged for the extra miles I drove. I talked to the manager on the phone who even said the odometer doesn’t lie. That was the worst expierence I have had with uhaul.

Location needs more counter help. Lines were 3-5 customers deep and each customer rental takes a lot of time to process. Counter help was very nice and I believe was going as quickly as they could.
