They charged me for a dollie and forgot to put it on the truck. On my return, there was no attendant at the desk to help me, although she saw me pull up. I yelled hello 4 times before she decided to put out her cigarette and come help me. This was NOT very professional. Then they forgot to discount my mileage since I had to go come back. And I had to return to counter again to remind her and have it corrected.

I was very upset with the fact that if the truck wasnt returned by 3am you were automatically charged for another night and I wasnt able to return the truck online because I wasnt with the truck when it was returned.... I sat on hold for 25 minutes trying to get it closed out so I wasnt charged it shouldnt be that much trouble to return a truck to the location. I was also charged $100.33 $68.84 and $79.18....$248.35 total...seems like something was charged twice or something.... I have always used Uhaul and never had trouble until this time and I probably wont use them again....

The auto transport trailer was missing tie down chains. I had ratchet straps with me, and I was able to manage without them.

Other than the smell of cigarettes in the clean cargo van it was a good experience. Maybe have A no smoking Policy added. It was very strong but the van was very clean.

Nothing the young lady ( Jasmine) who helped me was to die for she helped with all my drama. She really knew her stuff and at the time she had no help at all she was the only person at work yet still worked like a pro. And she never said a word the delivery guy told me she had no help. to me she makes your company look good don't lose her.

I could not check in after hours bc the self checkin did not recognize my location even though my location was on. I was charged 20 dollars. I tried to call the U-Haul 1800 number to remedy, but the system was down. Now I have to try again tomorrow to get reimbursed bc your check in process is flawed. This has been very time consuming to recoup monies that was taken from me as a result of a flawed system. Unacceptable!

Don't knowing give out 26 ft. truck with a bad headlight,. And the trucked leaked over my stuff. When we reported the uhaul rap said " oh we know". You put us in danger at night.

More employees. Online login does not work well. Generally poor customer service. Not enough staff. Unhelpful employees. None of the moving accessories I rented were available.
