Had some issues that we contacted uhsul about,changing pick up 3 times,changing drop off,didn't supply dolly etc but was a hugh inconvenience but still no credit was given plus we returned the truck a day early

Clean well maintained equipment. Very helpful staff. I used moving helpers on both ends and they were on time and treated my things with care.
MATTHEW MThe night before I was to pick up the truck I rented, I received a call telling me my pick up spot had changed. Instead of picking up the truck in Prospect, I had to drive to a further spot on Westport Rd. We had to drive back to Prospect to pick up my furniture to take to the dump in downtown Louisville. We returned the truck to Westport Rd but no one was there. When I received my bill on my credit card, I was charged $70 for going over the mileage! When I went to the Prospect UHaul Rental to complain, I was informed that this is what they did to everyone. I would never use U-Haul again.
