Dropping off my U-Haul was super easy. Just drop and go!
melissa lI was charged for a dolly that the truck didn't have. When I asked the man in charge of the office he told me I could remove the fee during the check out process, but that was false. Not happy about being charged for something I never got access to use.
Clifton GIt took about 20 minutes to check-in for the vehicle even though I did the mobile check-in. They didn't have the appliance dolly I reserved and didn't have any dollies at all. He also couldn't check and see if there was any in stock at any other location.
