After hours dropoff, the location and key drop was easy to find but it's not entirely clear where UHaul trucks are supposed to be dropped off, luckily there was already another one there but it felt like we were taking up space in their limited customer parking lot. UHaul's website once again gave me trouble when trying to log my dropoff but the website could not use my phone's location (after it working that morning at the pickup location.) The website then instructs to take pictures but gave no detail about not needing any further action from me concerning my order, the UHaul customer service representative helped clear that up but it still felt like an unnecessary hiccup overall.
Cody HCab of the truck had paperwork laying around from the past two renters. Typical Uhaul truck. Though, the Uhaul app has not really worked for us and when talking to the associate they got us taken care of very quickly. Thanks.
THOMAS SThis was not my scheduled drop off location. But when my designated location would not accept my u-Haul they sent me to this location after dealing with u-Haul on the phone for over 30 minutes. This location was also closed on Sunday when I dropped off.
