Nigel (service rep) was great! He was friendly and professional. Took time to make sure we were comfortable with the 26’ truck, much larger than the 15’ we reserved. He was very apologetic for not having the 15’ truck.

Guarantee was not met and still waiting for a call back
Tristan ANigel helped me 3 times over the past 2 days. He was great. 10 stars if I could. Went out of his way to get me a truck multiple times. Always on time, replied quickly and I was in and out within minutes everytime. Will forever rent from Nigel moving forward.
