Thad DMaybe make this a premier site I had scheduled a pickup at a location that was closed and it would have been easier to just have gone here. Your site should use locations that are open as the top suggestion or at least make it so you can’t do location pickups where they have to be done online. Just do better on your website and how people are routed to carriers this has happened too often when I rent a UHaul. It really seems to be something through your website that isn’t working like it should…
