Vehicle keys were still in the vehicle return drop box and had not been checked in. Original reservation was made for a place 5 minutes from my home about 3 weeks before the truck was needed. No call or text was made by Uhaul regarding the reservation moving locations and a Uhaul employee told me that a text was sent when nothing had been. The vehicle originally rented had the alignment so far out of spec that the cruise control shut off after 20 miles on the road, the brakes were non existent, we had 2 breakdowns in less than 60 total miles from our original starting point, roadside assistance is a joke, moving help is a joke, Uhaul is a joke.
