I was stopped at entrance and someone took the keys and the truck without giving any paperwork or inspecting it before I left. I was sent a receipt though.

Outstanding job
SHARITA MNothing really Service was good
ANTONIO HThe back of the truck was full of potting soil left by the previous renters; thus I had to waste my movers time to sweep out the entire truck with enough soil to fill a very large pot. This location refused to allow any sort of discount for my overall purchase. Even though if I had left it full of soil I would have been charged the $25 cleaning fee. This location is running an inefficient service with poor management.
